Workplace Well-being

This interactive workshop is designed to help participants to develop emotional support skills that will pave the way to building confidence and increasing productivity within teams. Linking back to organisational values which are often forgotten, the workshop will help participants to explore & practice methods that support their personal well-being as well as being attuned to the well being needs of their teams.

Modules include:

  • Understanding and managing stress

  • Developing self-compassion

  • Effective questioning and listening skills

  • Demonstrating Empathy

These transferable skills will help individuals in not only their work relationships but personal relationships too!

This is a two part workshop over a fortnight. Part one is 2.5 hours long and will be followed by a 1 hour Skills Evaluation session where participants will have the opportunity to reflect and share best practice.
